- Monitor and prevent theft, fraud, and other potential security threats.
- Work closely with the Loss Prevention team to ensure the safety and security of our merchandise and facilities.
- Conduct regular surveillance and investigations to identify potential security risks.
- Monitor and report suspicious activities to the Loss Prevention team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of loss prevention strategies and protocols.
- Collaborate with store management to identify and address potential security vulnerabilities.
- Conduct routine audits of inventory and cash handling procedures to identify any discrepancies.
- Train and educate store employees on loss prevention policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all security incidents and investigations.
- Communicate with law enforcement and other external agencies as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any security concerns or issues raised by members or employees.
- Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in loss prevention.
- Assist with other duties and tasks as assigned by the Loss Prevention Manager.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education
Previous Experience In Loss Prevention Or Retail Security, Preferably In A Large Retail Setting
Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Techniques, Including Cctv Monitoring, Inventory Control, And Fraud Detection
Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Multitask In A Fast-Paced Environment
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Customers And Employees In A Professional Manner.
