1. Monitor and prevent theft, fraud, and other potential security threats.
2. Work closely with the Loss Prevention team to ensure the safety and security of our merchandise and facilities.
3. Conduct regular surveillance and investigations to identify potential security risks.
4. Monitor and report suspicious activities to the Loss Prevention team.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of loss prevention strategies and protocols.
6. Collaborate with store management to identify and address potential security vulnerabilities.
7. Conduct routine audits of inventory and cash handling procedures to identify any discrepancies.
8. Train and educate store employees on loss prevention policies and procedures.
9. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all security incidents and investigations.
10. Communicate with law enforcement and other external agencies as needed.
11. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
12. Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
13. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any security concerns or issues raised by members or employees.
14. Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in loss prevention.
15. Assist with other duties and tasks as assigned by the Loss Prevention Manager.
