- Conduct regular patrols of the warehouse to identify and address any potential security risks.
- Utilize surveillance equipment to monitor for any suspicious or illegal activities.
- Investigate and document any incidents of theft, fraud, or other security breaches.
- Work closely with management and other team members to implement loss prevention strategies and procedures.
- Train and educate employees on loss prevention best practices and policies.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed to resolve security issues.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of all security incidents and investigations.
- Conduct audits of inventory and cash handling procedures to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response plans.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in loss prevention techniques.
- Uphold the company's values and code of conduct at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service to all employees and members.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Previous Experience In Loss Prevention Or Security Positions, Preferably In A Retail Environment.
Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Techniques And Strategies, Including Cctv Monitoring, Inventory Management, And Investigation Procedures.
Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Identify And Investigate Suspicious Activity.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Employees.
Ability To Work A Flexible Schedule, Including Nights And Weekends, As Needed To Support The Store's Loss Prevention Efforts.
