As a Maintenance Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of our warehouse. - Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of the warehouse.
- Assist in the repair and maintenance of equipment and machinery, including but not limited to forklifts, conveyor systems, and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by promptly addressing any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Utilize tools and equipment properly and safely while performing maintenance tasks.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to the maintenance supervisor.
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations while working in the warehouse.
- Be available for emergency maintenance situations and respond quickly and appropriately.
- Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to maintenance tasks.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and management regarding maintenance needs and updates.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment by demonstrating a strong work ethic and willingness to help others.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Knowledge Of Maintenance Tasks: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Maintenance Tasks Such As Plumbing, Electrical Work, And General Repairs.
Physical Stamina: This Job Requires Physical Labor, So Candidates Should Be Able To Stand, Walk, And Lift Heavy Objects For Extended Periods Of Time.
