
Manager - Findings and Remediation
We are looking for an experienced Manager - Findings and Remediation to join our team at Costco Wholesale. This is a critical role that requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a background in risk management, internal audit, or compliance and a deep understanding of the Findings and Remediation process.We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience in the Findings and Remediation field, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Business Administration, Risk Management, or Accounting. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.At Costco Wholesale, we are committed to providing our customers with the best experience possible. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Findings and Remediation process, including developing, implementing, and monitoring procedures and strategies to mitigate risk and address existing issues.
- Analyze findings and identify opportunities for improvement in the internal audit and compliance processes.
- Develop and implement appropriate corrective action plans to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Monitor and track findings and remediation progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Create and maintain detailed records of findings and remediation activities.
- Work closely with internal audit and compliance personnel to ensure adherence to established processes and procedures.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on best practices in Findings and Remediation.
- Maintain a positive and safe working environment by monitoring and enforcing safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent future risks and issues.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure customer satisfaction.
