Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the Findings and Remediation process, including developing, implementing, and monitoring procedures and strategies to mitigate risk and address existing issues.
2. Analyze findings and identify opportunities for improvement in the internal audit and compliance processes.
3. Develop and implement appropriate corrective action plans to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
4. Monitor and track findings and remediation progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
5. Create and maintain detailed records of findings and remediation activities.
6. Work closely with internal audit and compliance personnel to ensure adherence to established processes and procedures.
7. Provide guidance and training to staff on best practices in Findings and Remediation.
8. Maintain a positive and safe working environment by monitoring and enforcing safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
9. Develop and implement strategies to prevent future risks and issues.
10. Collaborate with the management team to ensure customer satisfaction.
