Knowledge Of Optical Products: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Different Optical Products, Such As Glasses, Contact Lenses, And Sunglasses. They Should Also Be Familiar With Different Lens Types And Coatings.
Sales Experience: Previous Experience In Sales, Particularly In The Optical Industry, Is Highly Desirable. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Targets And Providing Excellent Customer Service.
Communication Skills: As A Sales Assistant, The Candidate Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are Essential To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Colleagues.
