Bachelor's Or Doctor Of Pharmacy Degree From An Accredited Institution: Costco Wholesale Requires All Pharmacists To Have A Degree In Pharmacy From A Recognized University Or College.
Active Pharmacy License In The State Of Employment: All Pharmacists Must Be Registered And Licensed To Practice In The State Where Costco Wholesale Is Located.
