1. Greet and welcome members to the pharmacy department with a positive and friendly attitude.
2. Assist members with their pharmaceutical needs, including prescription orders, refills, and insurance inquiries.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues promptly.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including stocking shelves and ensuring supplies are readily available.
5. Process and accurately enter prescription information into the computer system.

8. Adhere to all company and legal policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations.

11. Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
12. Complete all necessary training and maintain a current Pharmacy Technician license.
