  1. Assist members with their pharmaceutical needs in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Utilize strong knowledge of pharmacy operations to accurately and efficiently process prescriptions.
  3. Provide excellent customer service by addressing member inquiries and concerns.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy area to ensure a positive member experience.
  5. Collaborate with the Pharmacy team to ensure timely and accurate filling of prescriptions.
  6. Educate members on medication usage, potential side effects, and any other relevant information.
  7. Adhere to all pharmacy policies and procedures, including maintaining patient confidentiality.
  8. Continuously expand knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry updates.
  9. Work closely with the Pharmacy Manager to ensure inventory levels are appropriate and products are properly stocked.
  10. Support the overall success of the Pharmacy department by completing assigned tasks and responsibilities.

Job Qualifications
