- Communicate with suppliers and partners to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
- Participate in the design and development of new services, ensuring quality is built into the process.
- Maintain documentation and records of quality control processes and procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of quality control.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working relationship with all team members and stakeholders.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans for quality-related issues.
- Continuously seek feedback from customers and incorporate their insights into quality improvement initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance And Testing, Preferably In The Travel Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Service Oriented Architecture (Soa) Principles And Experience With Soa Testing Tools.
Excellent Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail.
Knowledge Of Agile Methodologies And Experience Working In An Agile Environment.
