  4. Keep up-to-date with the latest hearing aid technology and advancements in the industry.
  5. Educate customers on proper use and maintenance of their hearing aids.

  7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and hearing aid fittings.
  8. Uphold Costco's commitment to exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  9. Train and mentor junior hearing aid specialists on best practices and procedures.
  10. Adhere to all state and federal regulations and standards related to hearing aid sales and fittings.
  11. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
  12. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  13. Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor at all times.
  14. Attend company and industry training and events to further develop skills and knowledge.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Hearing Aid Technology: A Senior Hearing Aid Specialist At Costco Wholesale Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Latest Hearing Aid Technology, Including Digital And Wireless Features, To Effectively Assist Customers In Finding The Right Hearing Aid For Their Needs.

  • Strong Sales And Customer Service Skills: The Role Of A Senior Hearing Aid Specialist At Costco Wholesale Involves Not Only Fitting And Dispensing Hearing Aids But Also Providing Exceptional Customer Service And Meeting Sales Targets. Therefore, Candidates Must Have Excellent Sales And Customer Service Skills.

  • Experience In Hearing Aid Fitting And Dispensing: Costco Wholesale Requires Candidates For The Senior Hearing Aid Specialist Position To Have Prior Experience In Fitting And Dispensing Hearing Aids. This Includes Conducting Hearing Evaluations, Programming And Adjusting Hearing Aids, And Providing Follow-Up Care.

  • Active State License And Certification: All Candidates For The Senior Hearing Aid Specialist Job At Costco Wholesale Must Have An Active State Hearing Aid Dispensing License And Certification From A Recognized Organization, Such As The International Hearing Society (Ihs) Or American Board Of Audiology (Aba).
