3. Monitoring inventory levels: The Stocker will keep track of inventory levels and inform management when products are running low, in order to maintain fully stocked shelves at all times.
4. Rotating products: The Stocker will rotate products to ensure that older items are brought to the front and newer items are placed at the back, in accordance with company policies.
5. Ensuring product quality: The Stocker will carefully inspect products for any defects or damages and remove any damaged or expired items from shelves.
6. Assisting with receiving shipments: The Stocker will assist with receiving and unloading merchandise deliveries, verifying accuracy and reporting any discrepancies to management.
7. Following safety protocols: The Stocker will follow all safety protocols and procedures when handling merchandise, including the proper use of equipment and lifting techniques.
8. Providing excellent customer service: The Stocker will greet and assist members in a friendly and professional manner, and answer any questions they may have about products or store layout.
9. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment: The Stocker will ensure that the stockroom and sales floor are clean, organized, and free of any hazards.
10. Collaborating with team members: The Stocker will work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks, and assist with other duties as needed.
