  1. Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.
  2. Utilize cutting-edge technology and equipment to accurately and efficiently process and analyze patient samples.
  3. Ensure the quality and integrity of laboratory results by following standard operating procedures and maintaining strict attention to detail.
  4. Participate in the development, validation, and implementation of new laboratory assays and procedures.
  5. Maintain accurate records of all testing and results, adhering to regulatory guidelines and quality control standards.
  6. Collaborate with fellow laboratory technologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate delivery of results.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during testing, ensuring minimal impact on patient care.
  8. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  9. Stay current with industry developments and advancements in laboratory technology and techniques.
  10. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  11. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices within the laboratory.
  12. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the performance of laboratory duties.
  14. Serve as a mentor and resource for less experienced laboratory technologists, providing guidance and support as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Certification As A Medical Laboratory Scientist (Mls) Or Medical Technologist (Mt) From A Nationally Recognized Organization (E.g. Ascp, Amt, Aab).

  • Proficient In Performing A Variety Of Laboratory Tests And Procedures, Including But Not Limited To Hematology, Chemistry, Microbiology, And Immunology.

  • Strong Attention To Detail, Analytical Skills, And Knowledge Of Laboratory Equipment And Instruments.
