Bachelor's Degree In Medical Laboratory Science Or A Related Field.
Certification As A Medical Laboratory Scientist (Mls) From Ascp Or Amt.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Laboratory, With A Focus On Hematology.
Excellent Understanding Of Laboratory Safety Procedures And Quality Control Measures.
Familiarity With Advanced Laboratory Equipment And Software, Such As Flow Cytometers And Laboratory Information Systems.
