  1. Conduct flow cytometry assays following established protocols and procedures.
  2. Perform data analysis and interpretation using flow cytometry software.
  3. Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain flow cytometry instrumentation.
  4. Ensure accurate and timely recording of experimental data and results.
  5. Communicate and collaborate with other team members to plan and execute experiments.
  6. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
  7. Continuously monitor and improve assay quality and efficiency.
  8. Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in flow cytometry technology.
  9. Assist in the training of new team members and provide technical support as needed.
  10. Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and data integrity.
