Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Biochemistry.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Laboratory Setting, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Role.
Strong Understanding Of Laboratory Procedures And Techniques, Including Equipment Operation And Maintenance.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Coordinate With Other Departments.
Familiarity With Regulatory Compliance And Quality Assurance Standards, Such As Glp And Iso, And Experience In Implementing And Maintaining These Standards In A Laboratory Setting.
