Certification: A Phlebotomist At Covance-Labcorp Must Hold A Valid Certification From An Accredited Institution, Such As The American Society For Clinical Pathology (Ascp) Or The National Phlebotomy Association (Npa).
Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience As A Phlebotomist In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Laboratory Or Hospital Environment.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology: A Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology Is Essential For A Phlebotomist At Covance-Labcorp To Accurately Identify And Label Specimens.
