- Collaborate with the Lab Information Systems team to ensure effective management and maintenance of various laboratory information systems.
- Support the implementation of new laboratory information systems by providing technical expertise and assistance.
- Conduct regular system audits and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and identify areas for improvement in current systems.
- Develop and maintain project plans and timelines, ensuring timely completion of system upgrades and enhancements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the functionality and usage of laboratory information systems.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of system configurations, changes, and updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements related to laboratory information systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in laboratory information systems to continuously improve processes and systems.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working With Laboratory Information Systems, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Setting.
Knowledge Of Laboratory Workflows And Processes, Including Sample Tracking, Data Management, And Quality Control.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues And Propose Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
