1. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere at all times.

7. Assist in coordinating and leading wellness workshops, seminars, and activities.
8. Conduct regular follow-ups with patients to monitor progress and provide additional support as needed.
9. Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, advocating for patient wellness and promoting communication and collaboration.
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, to ensure a safe and effective work environment.
