Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated entry-level Customer Service- Call Center Specialists to join our workforce. In this position, you will play a key role answering incoming customers’ requests and inquiries, providing order processing support, while delivering best-in-class customer service. As a Call Center Specialist , you will be responsible for supporting high profile business accounts. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority, so you will be utilizing your exceptional customer service skills and excellent call handling abilities to deliver quality service and support to our valued customers.
