Benefits Analyst
Cox Enterprises is hiring a Benefits Analyst who will provide support in the research, planning, and administration of Cox’s health and welfare plans. Manage the health plans and their associated vendors. Handle complex claim issues related to the health plans, partner with various resources to resolve. Provide benchmarking data and complete employer surveys. Provide benchmarking data and complete employer surveys. Review and update health plan marketing materials and employee communications. Assist fellow team members by partnering on various reporting, analysis, projects and campaigns.
Minimum of two years of experience administering and analyzing health and wellness programs
Ability to analyze data, create key takeaways and recommendations
