Job Description

Promote and deliver both on-site and virtual instruction and operation of DSS products, drive DSS product / solution utilization and potential revenue impact with our customers. Must maintain in-depth knowledge of the DSS products in their assigned domain, including product settings, features & benefits, system functionality, and settings cause & effect relationships. Participate in product development and enhancement review sessions to continue development as a DSS domain subject matter expert. Keep up to date on current automotive trends and best practices to ensure educational content and consulting is relevant to provide maximum value to dealerships. Engage and participate with DSS Training Team to partner and coach new team members. Schedule travel in accordance with department practices and Cox Automotive company guidelines and policies.

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years work experience in a related field

  • Comfortable with extensive travel – 100% travel is required

  • Two years of DMS accounting, retail automotive; fixed or variable operations management and/or desking and finance experience highly preferred

  • 2 yrs training exp in a retail automotive setting is a plus
