  1. Provide exceptional customer service to our business customers by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve any technical or service-related issues that may arise.
  3. Serve as a liaison between our customers and internal departments to ensure effective communication and resolution of customer issues.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  5. Monitor and analyze customer usage and needs to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products and services.
  6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for retaining and growing our customer base.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competition, and market changes to make proactive recommendations for improving our products and services.
  8. Assist with the onboarding and training of new customers, providing them with a thorough understanding of our products and services.
  9. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually improve knowledge and skills.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as all compliance and regulatory guidelines.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and streamline operations for greater efficiency.
  13. Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  14. Take ownership of customer issues and follow through until resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Cox Business, representing the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Sales, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Internal Teams.

  • Demonstrated Knowledge Of Business Services And Telecommunications Products And Services.

  • Ability To Multitask And Prioritize In A Fast-Paced Environment, While Maintaining A High Level Of Attention To Detail.
