Field Technician

We are looking for an individual who is eager to deliver exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for problem solving.This role requires the ability to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide variety of network, voice, and data services, as well as other services that Cox Business provides. The Field Technician must have an understanding of networking fundamentals and be able to quickly assess customer needs.The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical or customer service role• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including LAN/WAN and VoIP• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure• Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage time• Ability to work independently or as part of a team• A valid driver’s licenseIf you have a passion for technology and providing exceptional customer service, Cox Business would love to have you join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide variety of network, voice, and data services for Cox Business customers.
2. Quickly assess customer needs and provide technical support.
3. Maintain a knowledge of networking fundamentals, including LAN/WAN and VoIP.
4. Provide excellent customer service and remain calm under pressure.
5. Prioritize tasks and efficiently manage time.
6. Work independently or as part of a team.
7. Possess a valid driver’s license.
