  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet vehicles, including maintenance records, insurance information, and registration documents.
  2. Monitor and track the utilization of fleet vehicles to ensure efficient use and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  3. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to schedule routine maintenance and repairs for fleet vehicles.
  4. Communicate with drivers to ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Conduct regular inspections of fleet vehicles to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  6. Respond promptly to any urgent fleet-related matters and provide timely and effective solutions.
  7. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline fleet operations and increase efficiency.
  8. Collaborate with other team members and departments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to fleet operations and make recommendations for compliance.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all stakeholders, including drivers, vendors, and management.
  11. Proactively identify and resolve any potential roadblocks that may impact the smooth and efficient operation of the fleet.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills related to fleet operations.

Job Qualifications
  • 1-2 Years Of Experience In Fleet Operations Or A Related Field, Such As Logistics, Transportation, Or Supply Chain Management.

  • Proficiency In Computer Software And Systems Used For Fleet Management, Such As Gps Tracking, Fleet Maintenance, And Fuel Management Systems.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Issues Related To Fleet Operations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Team Members And External Partners.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Commercial Vehicle Operations, Including Department Of Transportation (Dot) Regulations And Hours Of Service (Hos) Requirements.
