Job Description

Cox Business is seeking an experienced Installation Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for a self-starter with the technical skills and customer service mindset to ensure successful installation and maintenance of our products and services. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in a timely manner. If you have a passion for technology and helping customers, we want to hear from you!To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of two years of experience in a technical field, preferably in the telecommunications industry. You should also have a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Knowledge of the local area and its infrastructure is a plus.If you possess these qualifications and are looking to join a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Install and maintain Cox Business products and services.
  2. Troubleshoot and solve technical issues in a timely manner.
  3. Provide a high level of customer service.
  4. Maintain a strong attention to detail.
  5. Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  6. Possess a valid driver’s license.
  7. Possess knowledge of the local area and its infrastructure.
