Installation Technician

Cox Business is looking for a highly motivated and organized Installation Technician to join our team. The Installation Technician will be responsible for setting up and installing our services for commercial customers and providing technical support to clients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience in installation of business services, a working knowledge of networking and routing protocols, and excellent customer service skills. You should also be able to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
