
Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst
At Cox Business, we are seeking an experienced Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst to join our team and help drive our high availability and performance of our IT infrastructure. Our ideal candidate is a highly organized problem-solver with strong technical knowledge and excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the network systems of our customers, as well as delivering quick and efficient resolution of any technical issues that arise. They must also be able to provide comprehensive support and troubleshooting for incoming customer tickets. To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least three years of experience in a similar role. They must also be comfortable with IT-related technologies and have the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual who wants to become a part of our team and help us continue to provide top-level service to our customers.
