The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to both internal and external customers and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.To be successful in this role, you will need at least three years of technical support experience, an in-depth understanding of multiple operating systems, and a solid background in networking. Additionally, you must have the ability to learn quickly and be comfortable troubleshooting complex technical issues. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to both internal and external customers in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and learn quickly.

  9. Document and track customer inquiries and resolutions.
  10. Assist with product and service demonstrations.
