
Technical Support Specialist
At Cox Business, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will be a valuable part of our team and provide top-tier customer service and technical support. The ideal candidate for this role should have a passion for technology and a desire to help our customers get the most out of our products. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and providing timely, accurate, and professional customer service. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a high degree of technical aptitude, and an ability to work independently. We require a minimum of one-year experience in a technical support role and a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Experience with customer service software is also preferred.
