Are you an experienced Technical Support Specialist looking for a new challenge? Cox Business is searching for a motivated and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist and provide our customers with technical assistance for products and services. We are looking for an individual who can take ownership of customer issues, troubleshoot, and resolve them in a timely manner. The successful candidate should have a technical background with excellent customer service and communication skills. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our customers. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong technical background and be able to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively. In addition, you must have excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to explain technical solutions in a clear and concise manner. Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support for products and services.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.
  3. Identify, research, and resolve customer issues.
  4. Provide customer service and technical support in a timely manner.
  5. Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
  6. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams.
  7. Maintain customer records in the technical support system.
  8. Stay up to date with the latest products and services.
  9. Monitor customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  10. Train customers on the use of products and services.
