We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Support Specialist to join the Cox Business team and provide the highest level of customer service to our customers. The ideal candidate must possess a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. As the Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and assisting with network connectivity problems.This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and helping customers with their technical needs. Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  2. Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
  3. Assist with network connectivity problems
  4. Provide customer support and technical guidance
  5. Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed
  6. Monitor customer support tickets and escalate issues when necessary
  7. Research solutions to customer technical problems
  8. Develop and maintain technical documentation
  9. Remain up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure best practices are adopted
  10. Create reports and analyze customer feedback to improve the customer experience.
