RPA Analyst
Review and evaluate work requests that come into the Automation team. Partner with stakeholders to understand their pain points and design solutions which best meet those needs. Communicate underlying business problems and stakeholder needs effectively to developers. Write detailed requirements and maintain documentation. Ensure that proper communication between all departments is achieved. Coordinate activities to assure work is properly prepared, scheduled, and completed in a timely manner. Ensure the work delivers expected outcomes and benefits. As an Automation Analyst you will empower our users to be faster, smarter, and more productive than ever before.
Experience building software from a business analyst, product owner/analyst, or developer perspective
Proven ability to increase operational efficiency through technology or process improvement
Working knowledge of UI and UX concepts
Interest in how software is designed and built
