Accounts Payable Analyst
Performs accounts payable, accounting and other administrative functions within the Accounts Payable group to ensure that vendor invoices are received, processed, and posted to SAP in a timely manner. Collaborates with internal and external customers to answer questions regarding paid and unpaid invoices. Executes weekly aging report of outstanding invoices and distributes to A/P processors. Executes monthly statistical reports and distributes to business areas. Analyzes and maintains the list of vendors that are subject to IRS Form 1099-MISC reporting. Files IRS Form 1099-MISC records transmittal with IRS. Analyzes and executes SAP Regular, Wire, ACH, SUA, and NPO payment runs. Analyzes and reports P-Card data to Financial Services leaders.
Experience in broad-ranging, program management, strategic planning and budgeting
Ability to work at any location at any time with extensive time in the field working with business areas
Experience as a financial/analyst in field supporting and providing technical and analytical solutions preferred
