Job Description

As a Credit Karma Product Research Intern, you will work alongside various design teams to connect high-quality user insights and experiences to inform product development, and help our members make meaningful financial decisions. Specifically, we are looking for our intern to support our UserTesting Program, an internal program we’ve developed for designers and PMs to develop their research skills and how to incorporate research into their product development practice. You will build, evolve, and maintain the UserTesting Program, by iterating on best practice guidelines, templates, materials, etc. You’ll support the analysis of qualitative data and potentially some quantitative data. You’ll help teams translate research findings into opportunities and actionable insights.

Job Qualifications
  • Enrolled in an Masters program, or recent grad pursuing a career in qualitative research

  • Relevant work or course experience in applied research methods
