  1. Conduct regular audits of customer data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  2. Develop and implement data quality standards and processes to maintain the integrity of our CRM database.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data quality issues.
  4. Monitor data input processes and provide training and support to team members to ensure data is entered accurately.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies related to data quality assurance.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on data quality issues and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  7. Communicate data quality metrics and trends to management and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Conduct data cleansing and data enrichment activities to improve the overall quality of our customer data.
  9. Develop and maintain data quality reports and dashboards to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Participate in company-wide initiatives to improve data governance and data quality processes.
  11. Work closely with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data quality.
  12. Train and mentor junior team members on data quality processes and best practices.
  13. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  14. Proactively identify potential data quality issues and take corrective actions.
  15. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and security of sensitive customer data.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Data Quality Assurance, Preferably In A Crm Environment.

  • Proficiency In Crm Systems (Such As Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Or Sap) And Data Management Tools (Such As Sql Or Excel).

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Data Discrepancies.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
