  • Conduct thorough quality checks on client data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies and escalate issues to appropriate teams
  • Develop and implement data governance processes to maintain data integrity
  • Collaborate with various teams, such as CRM administrators and data analysts, to resolve data quality issues
  • Utilize expertise in CRM systems to troubleshoot and resolve data issues
  • Act as a subject matter expert on data quality assurance and provide guidance to other team members
  • Monitor and report on data quality metrics to track improvements and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data quality and CRM systems
  • Work independently to complete assigned tasks and meet deadlines
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the team
  • Proactively identify and suggest solutions to improve data quality processes and workflows
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and understand data needs
  • Attend training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in data quality and CRM systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field

  • 3-5 Years Of Experience In Data Quality Assurance, Preferably In A Crm Environment

  • Strong Understanding Of Crm Systems, Data Structures, And Data Integration Processes

  • Experience With Data Quality Tools And Techniques, Such As Data Profiling, Cleansing, And Deduplication
