To be successful, you must have a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 and its related technologies, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.Qualifications for the role include:• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Implementation Consultant• In-depth understanding of Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, and related technologies• Excellent knowledge of SQL and other database management systems• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team• Strong organizational and time management skills• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work under tight deadlines• Flexible and able to adapt to changing requirements• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is a plus

Responsibilities: • Lead the design, configuration, customization, and integration of Dynamics 365 solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365. • Research and analyze customer requirements in order to make recommendations for the best Dynamics 365 solutions. • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications. • Develop and document test plans to ensure the accuracy of Dynamics 365 solutions. • Provide technical support to customers and other stakeholders. • Monitor and maintain Dynamics 365 applications. • Participate in user acceptance testing. • Work with the team to identify and resolve any issues or bugs in the system. • Ensure that Dynamics 365 solutions are optimized for maximum performance. • Develop and maintain the necessary documentation for Dynamics 365 solutions. • Liaise with other teams to ensure the successful implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions.
