Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Post-Merger Integration Consulting Or Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of M&A Processes And Best Practices.
Excellent Project Management Skills And Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams.
Proficiency In Financial Analysis And Modeling.
