  9. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements during design and construction of fiber networks.
  10. Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians in fiber engineering best practices and procedures.
  11. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business development efforts and provide technical expertise to customers.
  12. Maintain accurate documentation of all network designs, updates, and modifications for future reference and compliance purposes.
  13. Participate in project reviews and provide recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving measures.
  14. Represent Crown Castle International as a technical expert in industry events, conferences, and meetings.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Fiber Optic Network Design And Engineering.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations For Fiber Optic Networks, Such As Nec, Ieee, And Ansi.

  • Proficiency In Fiber Optic Network Design Software, Such As Autocad Or Arcgis.

  • Strong Communication Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams To Complete Projects On Time And Within Budget.
