As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end process of constructing new wireless towers, ensuring successful and timely project delivery.   1. Lead the Tower Implementation team in the successful delivery of new wireless tower projects.
  2. Oversee the end-to-end process of constructing new wireless towers, from site identification to final installation and commissioning.
  3. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  4. Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and external partners to provide updates on project progress and address any potential roadblocks.
  5. Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential project risks.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  7. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and legal departments.
  8. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best possible pricing and service for the company.
  9. Monitor project expenses and provide regular status updates to senior management.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Construction Management, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Tower Implementation Projects, Including Budget And Timeline Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Regulations Related To Wireless Infrastructure Development.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Coordinate With Multiple Stakeholders, Including Contractors, Vendors, And Internal Teams.
