1. Oversee the daily operations of all wireless communication sites across the country.
2. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of site technicians to ensure efficient and effective site management.
3. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline site operations and increase productivity.
4. Monitor and analyze site performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless site operations.
6. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols at all sites.

8. Manage site budgets and expenses, including equipment purchases and maintenance costs.
9. Train and mentor team members to continuously develop and improve their skills in site operations.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to identify opportunities for enhancing site operations.
11. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors.
12. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise in site operations.
13. Coordinate with landlords and local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals for site installations.
14. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of site operations to management.
15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.
