The Payroll Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Company's 9000+ team members are paid correctly, on time, and in accordance with the Company's policies and practices, including incentive payment programs. Responsibilities include ensuring time import files are accurate and payroll system processes are completed for the production of employee payments, garnishments, and general ledger exports. Responsible for the research, processing, and distribution of the Quarterly Retail Store and District Managers' incentive payout(s) and Monthly Store Team Member incentive. Provide ongoing guidance and creativity for payroll software process improvements and work closely with Ultimate representatives on troubleshooting issues and development opportunities.
