Corporate Paralegal

Assist lawyers with all aspects of transactional work. Serve as a liaison to in-house counsel, outside counsel and representatives of the Corporation, including its various business units, functions and Supply Chain. Assisting with due diligence, including organizing responses to Cummins due diligence requests, preparation and tracking of consent and notice letters. Assisting with Know-Your-Customer (KYC) requests, including organizing responses to Cummins KYC requests from banks, suppliers and/or customers. Maintaining / organizing preliminary agreements such as non-disclosure agreements and letters of intent; and preparation of closing documents and closing binders.
