- Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes for engines, power generation systems, and related products.
- Analyze and troubleshoot production issues to identify root cause and propose effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, reduce costs, and increase throughput.
- Monitor and evaluate production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and drive efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology to recommend and implement best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on new processes and techniques.
- Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and minimize waste.

- Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and quality control procedures.
- Participate in new product development and launch activities, providing technical expertise and support.

Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Or Industrial Engineering
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Manufacturing Environment
Strong Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Practices
Familiarity With Cad/Cam Software And Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings
Experience With Project Management And Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams.
