  1. Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and timely production of high-quality products.
  2. Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  3. Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to meet production targets and quality standards.
  4. Conduct quality control checks on products to ensure they meet company specifications.
  5. Handle materials and products with care to prevent damage or defects.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
  8. Communicate any production issues or concerns to supervisors in a timely manner.
  9. Continuously strive to improve production processes and suggest ideas for process optimization.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality.
  11. Complete all production-related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  12. Follow all safety guidelines and participate in safety training and meetings.
  13. Assist in training new production associates on processes and procedures.
  14. Support a positive and collaborative work culture to promote team success.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
