  1. Collaborate with experienced professionals to support the development of cutting-edge technologies in the field of Thermal and Fluid Sciences Engineering.
  2. Assist in conducting research and analysis to identify potential areas for improvement and optimization within existing systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Background In Thermodynamics And Fluid Mechanics: This Position Requires A Solid Understanding Of The Fundamental Principles Of Thermodynamics And Fluid Mechanics, As Well As The Ability To Apply Them To Real-World Engineering Problems.

  • Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software: As A Thermal And Fluid Sciences Engineering Co-Op, You Will Be Responsible For Designing And Analyzing Complex Systems. Proficiency In Cad Software, Such As Solidworks Or Autocad, Is Essential For This Role.

  • Experience With Heat Transfer Analysis: A Strong Understanding Of Heat Transfer Principles And Experience With Thermal Analysis Software, Such As Ansys Fluent Or Comsol Multiphysics, Is Necessary For This Position.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively To Solve Complex Engineering Problems Is Crucial For Success In This Role. Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail Are Also Important.

  • Effective Communication And Teamwork: As A Member Of The Cummins Engineering Team, You Will Be Expected To Collaborate With Other Engineers And Communicate Your Ideas Effectively. Strong Interpersonal Skills And The Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment Are Important For This Position.
