Lab Compounding Specialist

Lab Compounding Specialist will follow Lab Compounding Supervisor’s daily planning and compound the prescription cream. The primary responsibility of this position is to aid in all aspects of non-sterile compounding process by producing prescription cream and ensuring the quality of the prescription cream. Performs Quality Check procedures on received components in accordance with SOPs. Generates Log Formula Worksheets (LFW) from Master Formula Records (MFR). Prepares documentation for samples sent to analytical labs as needed. Maintains a safe and clean lab environment by complying with SOPs. Documents daily production activities in the inventory system.
