Research Intern
The Research Intern will be responsible for developing a foundation of knowledge in Commercial Real Estate fundamentals while assisting the Cushman & Wakefield Research Department with daily tasks and special projects. Develop own professional expertise through on the job training and observation. Database updates. Aid the business in the execution of daily tasks. Respond to day-to-day requests, providing information and advice and ensuring that issues are properly addressed.
At least two (2) years completed toward bachelor’s degree
Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA
A self-starter, who is reliable, and gets things done as efficiently as possible
