- Utilize excellent communication skills to actively listen to customers and provide personalized recommendations and solutions based on their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of beauty products and skincare routines to educate customers and help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Drive sales by promoting and upselling products, using persuasive selling techniques, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers by providing a positive and engaging shopping experience and following up on their needs and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
