  1. Provide exceptional customer service to Medicaid members through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
  2. Act as a knowledgeable resource for Medicaid program information, eligibility requirements, and available services.
  3. Assist members with enrollment, plan selection, and understanding their benefits and coverage.
  4. Address member inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, escalating complex issues to the appropriate channels.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of member interactions and transactions in the call center system.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and teams to resolve member issues and improve overall member experience.
  7. Stay up to date with changes in Medicaid policies and procedures to provide accurate and timely information to members.
  8. Utilize bilingual skills to effectively communicate with members who speak Spanish and English, ensuring their understanding and satisfaction.
  9. Meet performance metrics and quality standards set by the company, including call volume, call quality, and customer satisfaction.
  10. Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
  11. Adhere to all company and HIPAA regulations and policies to protect member confidentiality and privacy.
  12. Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and promoting teamwork.
  13. Identify and report any potential issues or concerns that may impact member satisfaction or company operations.
  14. Continuously strive to provide exceptional care and services to our diverse community of Medicaid members.

Job Qualifications
  • Fluency In Both English And Spanish, Both Spoken And Written, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Callers In Both Languages.

  • Knowledge Of Medicaid Programs, Regulations, And Policies, With The Ability To Accurately Answer Questions And Provide Guidance To Callers.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Handle Difficult And Sensitive Situations With Empathy And Professionalism.

  • Proficiency In Computer Systems And Software, Including Call Center Software, Microsoft Office, And Databases, To Accurately Enter And Maintain Caller Information And Records.

  • Previous Experience In A Call Center Or Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Insurance Setting, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Performance Metrics And Goals.
